- Standard Shipping: We ship via trusted carriers like DHL or FedEx. Your order will arrive within 10-15 business days after it has been shipped. A flat shipping fee of $12.95 applies.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery with this method typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way, allowing you to monitor its journey to your doorstep.
Our Returns & Exchange Commitment
We stand behind the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of our premium bathroom collections. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward and transparent returns and exchange process within 15 days of receipt.
Important Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be returned within 15 days of you receiving the order.
- The product must be in its original, unused, and resalable condition, with all original packaging, tags, and documentation included.
- A valid proof of purchase (your order number) is required.
Non-Returnable Products: Due to strict hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products once they have been installed, used, or removed from their original packaging:
- Commercial Toilets & Urinals
- Residential Toilets
- Flush Valves
- Grab Bars & Robe Hooks (once installed)
- Any product where the factory sanitary seal has been broken.
Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and product details.
- Wait for Authorization: Our team will review your request. If approved, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific return instructions. Please do not ship items back without an RMA.
- Package and Ship: Securely repackage the item in its original box with all accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation. Ship it to the address we provide using a trackable service.
- Inspection and Processing: Once received, our quality team will inspect the item (within 5 business days). Upon approval, your refund will be processed, or your exchange item will be shipped out.
Return Shipping Costs
- Our Responsibility: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- Customer Responsibility: If the return is for a change of mind or the product not meeting personal expectations, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
