• Any product where the factory sanitary seal has been broken

• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Your order will arrive within 10-15 business days after shipment. A flat shipping fee of $12.95 applies.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.

4.3 Delivery

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. The delivery times provided are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

4.4 Risk of Loss

All products purchased from our website are delivered by a third-party carrier. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We offer a straightforward returns and exchange process within 15 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The item must be returned within 15 days of receiving the order
• The product must be in its original, unused, and resalable condition
• All original packaging, tags, and documentation must be included
• A valid proof of purchase (order number) is required

5.2 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Wait for authorization – our team will review your request and if approved, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific instructions
3. Securely repackage the item in its original box with all accessories and include a copy of your order confirmation

5.3 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are handled as follows:

• Our Responsibility: If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label
